Ukietech was founded in 2001 in the Ukrainian city of Ivano-Frankivsk. Start-up capital consisted of $500 and one computer from USA. The team rented an office and started providing graphic design, branding and marketing services locally.

Within a year, the company started publishing its own magazine called “Prostir” that quickly became very popular in Ivano-Frankivsk, and gained notoriety at the national level within the Ukraine.

In 2004 Ukietech opened its Chicago office to serve an increasing number of clients from the US; since that time the team has grown 5x and in 2012 a new office was opened in Kirovograd, Ukraine, to help the company handle the increasing number of web and advertising projects.
